Can you live in Seattle and still find the rain beautiful? We think so. Loaded teamed up with Publicis In the West to create this PSA for the UNICEF World Water Week program. Also known as the Tap Project, it's concept is simple: restaurants would ask their patrons to donate $1 or more for the tap water they usually enjoy for free, and all funds raised would support UNICEF’s efforts to bring clean and accessible water to millions of children around the world. Surprisingly enough, we had to pull out the rain machines and special effects to ensure we had good rain when we wanted it. Director Mathew J.
