New Work / Beads

The single, Evil, from Seattle band Beads, was just released in the UK on the Everybody's Stalking label.  The video was shot over three days in Seattle and Los Angeles.  Look for it on MTV this July or August. 

Beads is a side project of The Blakes.  The brothers, Snow and Keim, reversed rolls of writing for Beads to create a more organic, less produced sound.  The video, shot on a mix of Super 8 and Super 16, reflects that organic process the brothers go through as they create their music.  We were also trying to bring up a nostalgic flavor to what is basically a road trip inspired video.  Can't say enough good things about the guys at Lightpress who helped us through color correction and testing our old Nizo camera prior to shooting.
